Wednesday - Wings - Texas Style Smoked Brisket (smoked over hickory and sliced to order) Paired with Cowboy Beans and Cornbread. $18

Thursday - New Year’s Day - Closed

Friday - "‘Grilled Shrimp Kabos” (marinated jumbo shrimp, grilled with sweet chili Thai sauce and skewered with red onion, bell peppers and pineapple) Served over Cajun Seasoned Rice and Side Salad. $20

Saturday - “Lemon Dill Salmon” (pan seared salmon in butter and finished with lemon dill cream sauce) Served with a Baked Potato and a Side Salad. $18

Sunday - Brunch - “Breakfast Burrito” (potato hash, scrambled eggs, your choice of chorizo or chopped bacon, green chili, cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and smothered with pepperjack queso) Served with refried beans on the side. $14

Sunday - Dinner - “Soup ‘n Salad” (choice of seafood chowder or loaded baked potato soup) Served with a Side Salad $10
